Referral Services
The Company may refer willing consumers to licensed professionals in the areas of professional organizing, estate sales/auctions, home improvement, junk removal, moving, senior living, concierge services, other related services and real estate, including licensed real estate agents/brokers. We may receive referral fees from our referral partners as a flat fee, a percentage of the project cost, or a percentage of the commission received by a real estate broker. Use of this Website and our services constitutes your agreement to our receiving compensation under this arrangement and any additional referral fee arrangement that exists between us and our referral partners.
When you submit information to us for the purposes of obtaining a real estate or other professional services referral, you authorize us to use that information for that purpose. You acknowledge that you may be contacted by the partners that we have connected you with, and that the information given to those partners may be retained by them.
Contracts for Services performed by any of our referral partners, including real estate brokerages, will be governed by those contracts customarily employed and/or required by our referral partners, at their discretion.

The renewal rate may not be your existing rate. The Company reserves the right to change rates at any time, and to discontinue any or all plans and memberships without notice. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time before the end date of your subscription package by your member dashboard, if available, or by writing to info@hometransitionpros.com, subject line “cancel subscription” with your subscription details. You may also inquire about renewal options at the same address. Subscription packages are paid in full at the beginning of each term and will not be refunded, although changes in membership levels for upgrades will be pro-rated depending on the member plan pricing structures. Previous verbal or written offers of reduced subscription or plan fees are not redeemable or available unless currently and expressly published on our website, specifically on whatever page is currently being used as the join page. Random and dated variants of sign up page pricing will not be honored.

The Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
